Build one kit for one visit
Start with the powder’s original label, a suitable measuring tool, a clean and dry carry container, and the bottle you intend to use. Determine the amount from that powder’s directions before choosing storage. Protein, creatine and pre-workout powders can have different instructions; using the same container does not make their portions interchangeable.

Seller-supplied use illustration. The bottle and powder are separate items.
Check readiness before leaving
| Part of the kit | Ready when | If it is not ready |
|---|---|---|
| Powder | Identity and original directions are available | Verify the contents before packing |
| Planned amount | Measured separately and fits with normal cap closure | Choose a larger storage arrangement |
| Container | Clean, dry, and both caps fitted | Finish the preparation at home |
| Receiving bottle | The opening and support arrangement have been checked | Use a bottle whose setup you can verify |
| After-use plan | You know where used parts will go before cleaning | Reserve a place for the empty container |
The product material states 50 mL and gives roughly 20 g as an example. The actual mass depends on the powder and filling method; neither figure sets a serving.
Use the kit at the gym
Place the receiving bottle on a stable surface. Support the funnel at the opening before releasing powder through the lower outlet. Pause if the setup tilts or requires force. Close the bottle before mixing according to its instructions.
Complete the return-home reset
Empty residue, follow the seller’s cleaning directions and let the accessible parts dry before refilling. Keep used parts separate from the next prepared kit. FoodSafety.gov’s guidance below supports clean preparation surfaces and utensils; the seller supplies the container’s care statement.
